BairesDev is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT coordination within a global, remote-first environment. You will craft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and high-quality delivery.

In this role, you will drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, support backlog refinement, and help shape project scope from initiation to completion in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related IT field.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT coordination.
• Strong hands-on experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog refinement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and map complex business processes to define project scope.
• Design detailed user stories and establish measurable acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement and actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to maintain project momentum.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage the documentation of outcomes to ensure quality delivery.
