Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking an IT Business Analyst for National Security Systems to support FBI NSB and priority programs. You will bridge field agents, legal authorities, and software teams to modernize enterprise systems and drive Agile requirements engineering for FISA platforms, NSL apps, NDRR, and Sentinel.

You will craft detailed requirements, lead BPR efforts, and coordinate with DOJ, FBI, and field offices to align IT capabilities with mission needs.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in national security IT requirements management, development, and analysis.
5+ years working with US national security operations, IC mission sets, and case management workflows.
3+ years authoring technical documentation and presenting architectures to executive audiences.
2+ years in a federal interagency environment and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end national security systems development (FISA, NSL, NDRR) including requirements elicitation and deployment.
Lead business process re-engineering to modernize legacy IT systems across federal agencies.
Document detailed requirements from stakeholder interviews and system workshops.
Manage Agile backlogs in Jira with clear acceptance criteria and prioritization.
Produce executive-level documentation and dashboards (Power BI) for NSB IT lifecycle reviews.
