Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in Jira and Agile delivery practices.
• Proven business analysis and ownership: ability to independently drive initiatives from requirements through implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Requirements & technical translation skills to understand complex business requirements and convert them into actionable technology deliverables.
• Data analysis capability to investigate large/complex datasets, perform impact analysis, and support root-cause analysis for functional issues.
• Process and workflow design experience, including mapping current/future-state processes and producing Visio workflow diagrams, process flows, and system/data flow diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex technology initiatives end-to-end from initial business requirements through implementation, testing, UAT, and production readiness.
• Translate business needs into clear technology deliverables by creating BRDs, Epics, Features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceable requirements.
• Coordinate UAT by defining scope, aligning on test scenarios and data, managing defects and dependencies, and driving business sign-off.
• Operate in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, demos, and PI Planning; manage risks and dependencies through release.
