TreCom Systems Group, Inc. is hiring full-time salaried Business Analysts to collaborate with managerial, technical, and testing teams. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with some onsite work in Harrisburg, PA.

Qualified candidates should have 5 years as a Business Analyst, experience with formal requirements gathering, and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Strong communication and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Using formal requirements gathering methodologies.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall projects.
• Developing Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business needs.
• Creating test plans and executing them.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
