Job summary

New Mexico Courts in Albuquerque is seeking an AOC IT Business Analyst Senior to join the Judicial Information Division. You will analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and support users with SQL reporting and data analysis.

The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage project tasks, document requirements, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions for the courts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, IT engineering or other directly related field.
• Five (5) years of information technology experience including business process reengineering and business modeling, systems development and analysis, and SDLC.
• Experience managing projects or programs of increasing complexity and experience in all phases of system development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Implements technology solutions from business and IT for the enterprise.
• Analyzes end users’ needs and resolves problems through troubleshooting and technology applications.
• Documents, prioritizes, analyzes, and resolves problems to achieve full completion.
• Provides project planning and assigns tasks to project resources.
• Writes specifications for reports and data analysis and documents output formats.
