The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) is a state service agency within the Education & Labor Cabinet, serving public schools and districts across Kentucky. KDE seeks two IT Business Analyst Seniors to lead business analysis, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data quality in IT systems such as Infinite Campus.

Qualifications

• Three years of systems analysis, IT support, business administration, or public administration experience or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree in IT or related field, or IT-related certification as substitute/ additional education.
• A master’s degree may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsabilités

• Lead in the analysis of business processes and collaboration between stakeholders for IT systems development, maintenance, and improvement.
• Promote statewide information resource management guidelines and technology standards; design information locators and reporting.
• Provide statewide support for Infinite Campus and related data analyses using Excel and SQL.
