Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years IT support, help desk, desktop support, or system administration experience or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Windows desktop/server OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems (infrastructure, hardware, software, VPN, video streaming).
• Assist with administration of VMware, Hyper-V, AD, Server environments, Microsoft 365, backups, cloud services, Linux, and IP networking.
• Monitor network, server, and desktop systems; troubleshoot and resolve common issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
