Qualifications

• 5+ years in elicitation and documentation of requirements.

• Experience leading workshops and defining business requirements.
• Ability to create AS-IS and TO-BE process flows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering workshops and document requirements.
• Develop wireframes or prototypes based on input to visualize concepts.
• Document use cases, requirements, and test cases with traceability.
• Create process flows and technical workflows using modeling techniques.
• Conduct business process analysis through user story workshops.
• Analyze current processes and document AS-IS and TO-BE flows.
• Own functional specifications and define reporting and alerting needs.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications for development.
• Assist in business cases, project plans, and estimates.
• Create and execute system test cases and UAT criteria.
• Collaborate with business teams during UAT and testing.
• Maintain documentation related to system functions.
