Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis or Process Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience creating process diagrams and workflow documentation.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and test cases.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar work-item management tools.
• Hands-on experience with functional testing and UAT coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
