Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Product Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate translates business needs into actionable user stories and delivers solutions across integrated enterprise applications in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, eliciting and refining requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinating delivery across multiple teams while analyzing APIs and data flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology delivery initiatives.
• Proficiency with Agile practices and Jira for backlog and workflow management.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, RESTful APIs, data flows, and cross‑application dependencies.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, and business requirements documentation.
• Experience performing impact assessments and coordinating requirements across multiple applications and teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to define, analyze, and deliver solutions that support Merchant capabilities and strategic objectives.
• Elicit, document, and refine business, functional, data, and system requirements.
• Create high‑quality user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mappings.
• Serve as liaison between business, product, architecture, and development teams.
• Manage cross‑application dependencies and facilitate delivery in an Agile environment.
• Analyze system interactions, APIs, and end‑to‑end data flows across integrated platforms.
• Coordinate project activities, track risks and issues, and drive delivery across multiple teams.
