Job summary

Requires a Bachelor's in CS or related field and at least 3 years IT development contract experience; familiarity with Agile and tools such as JIRA or RTC is preferred. Salary range shown: $65k–$68k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience on IT development contract.
• Experience in a business analyst or requirements analyst role.
• Experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (RTC or JIRA).
• Agile/SAFe experience preferred (PO/PM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in change control and communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Work directly with clients to understand business needs.
• Assist modifications to procedures to address technical capacity and performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
• Participate in system testing to ensure functionality and acceptance.
• Assist in design and development of system solutions and workflows.
