Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Knowledge of insurance coverages, rating schemes and products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements at the user-story level within an Agile team.
• Create, update, and maintain user stories for development work.
• Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain business and product artifacts and documentation.
• Collaborate with QA to derive test cases from acceptance criteria.
