Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of IT Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in eliciting requirements and reviewing requirements for completeness.
• Experience in analyzing complex problems and recommending solutions.
• Experience in analyzing business processes and recommending improvement.
• Experience in developing process documentation.
• Analyzing root causes and assisting in defining solutions.
• Assisting with the quality assurance process by creating or reviewing test plans, test cases and test results.
• Must have experience functioning as a Project Manager.
• Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal).
• Permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer.
