Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Business Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions, including demand modeling and locational analysis. You will prepare reports and recommendations to improve project execution and resource allocation, reporting to the onsite manager and collaborating with the sales team, channel partners, and customers.

• Analyze inbound RFPs, set up accounts, gather usage data, manage changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and handle other opportunity set-up activities.
• Communicate effectively with all partners to ensure deliverables are met and accurate.
• Engage proactively in process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments to increase awareness of end-to-end processes and impacts.
• Provide leadership with deliverable status updates.
• Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

Business Analyst – Level 1 (Contract)

Location: Naperville, IL 60563.

1-year W-2 contract assignment.

We need a Business Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze data, supporting business decision making, and special projects such as demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment analysis. The analyst will develop reports and recommendations to improve project execution and resource allocation. You will report to the onsite manager and work with the internal sales team, channel partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
