You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, manage user stories in JIRA, and drive SDLC activities while fostering strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a financial services environment coordinating business, functional, and technical requirements.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM platform.
• 3+ years of experience with nCino Loan Origination System.
• 3+ years of experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum environments, including managing user stories.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Create, refine, prioritize, and manage JIRA user stories throughout the SDLC in Agile/Scrum.
• Support Salesforce and nCino initiatives, including testing, implementation, and improvements.
• Participate in standups, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate status and roadblocks, and manage expectations.

This role will have a strong focus on the Salesforce CRM platform and nCino Loan Origination System within an Agile environment.The Senior IT Business Analyst will partner closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define and manage requirements, create and maintain user stories, and support solutions throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
