Qualifications

• 6+ years in a corporate HR environment with a shared services model preferred.
• Experience advising senior business leaders (Director, VP, SVP) in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner, designing and executing HR strategies across compensation, career development, performance management, and engagement.
• Partner with frontline to management levels; provide input on compensation, leadership, and employee relations.
• Coach leaders on employee relations issues and policy interpretation, escalating as needed.
• Drive talent management programs and culture initiatives with change/communication plans.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on cross-charter initiatives; travel locally as required.

Role will partner with front line to management levels plus team members. Visibility and input into entity specific compensation, leadership, diversity board reporting. This role will be supporting various Charter banks and branches in the Chicagoland area.
