Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, seeks a Senior BSA Analyst for our Houston, TX or Owensboro, KY office. You will provide analytical expertise for implementing and supporting systems for gas and liquids business areas, participating in a cohesive team and Agile ceremonies.

You will gather requirements, manage documentation, and collaborate across IT, vendors, and business users to deliver compliant solutions and effective reports.

Competenze

• 5 years minimum of in-depth, hands-on knowledge of developing/supporting enterprise applications.
• 5 years working technical knowledge of project management methodologies.
• 3 years minimum of hands-on experience working in integrated development environments.
• Extensive experience with business requirements gathering and documentation.
• Proved experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and software issue resolution techniques.
• Solid working knowledge of current technologies.
• Ability to conduct, compile and present research in software development and delivery concepts, testing strategies, and project management trends.
• College or university degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or 4–6 years equivalent work experience.

• Assist in the conceptualization and development of solutions that support business requirements.
• Elicit, analyze, specify and validate business needs of stakeholders; interview stakeholders and convey requirements to development teams.
• Work within an Agile team, preferably as a Solution Owner, using standard sprint ceremonies and Jira.
• Collaborate with vendors, business users, or IT to resolve problems or opportunities.
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams and/or charges for direction to team members.
• Ensure required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Develop and utilize standard templates to document/review business requirements and technical specifications.
• Provide data and input for generation of statistics and reports for management.
• Lead the definition, development and documentation of requirements for projects; act as Project Manager per Boardwalk standards.
• Gather/analyze data in support of business cases and system requirements.
• Design, develop and execute test plans/cases; ensure system functionality.
• Prioritize issues, enhancements, and projects; participate in special initiatives.
• Research industry practices and trends to advise clients.
• Foster vendor relationships and contractual management as needed.
• Participate in on-call support rotation; assist in training materials for users.
