Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP in Houston, TX seeks a Senior HR Information Systems Analyst to optimize and govern our HR technology ecosystem across employees’ lifecycles.

You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll and Finance to translate business needs into scalable HRIS solutions, test enhancements, support integrations, and create robust reporting and data governance. Strong HR knowledge and systems experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting or administering HR information systems with configuration, testing, reporting, data management and issue resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize HRIS modules, configurations, workflows, structures and access.
• Configure scalable HR processes, rules, security roles, notifications and system settings.
• Support integrations and data exchanges across HR and enterprise systems.
