Eurofins Food Chemistry Madison is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into efficient technical solutions, driving process improvements and alignment between business operations and IT systems. You will mentor analysts, lead cross-application initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders, IT, security, and global teams across Eurofins laboratories and business units.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, documenting specifications, and guiding

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role.
• 5+ years of combined technical and functional business experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Laboratory or scientific industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience mentoring or guiding analysts or project team members is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-application development and deployment initiatives with alignment to global standards.
• Gather requirements through interviews, workflow reviews, and scenario modeling; document functional specs.
