Databricks is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer for IT Asset Management to transform how we manage multimillion-dollar asset spend across SaaS licenses and hardware. You will build AI-powered automation to eliminate manual toil and scale IT operations, starting with laptop provisioning, SaaS lifecycle, CMDB reconciliation, and hardware recovery.

5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, automation engineering, or a related technical role.
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-system automation projects with measurable business impact.
Strong automation-first mindset with ownership of ambiguous problems and high-quality delivery.
Experience with AI/LLM tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted automation approaches.
Experience integrating IT platforms via REST APIs and scripting to connect disparate systems.

Responsabilidades
