You will own workflows from provisioning to asset recovery, partnering with IT, security, procurement, and finance, and you will implement AI-driven solutions that handle unstructured inputs and integrate with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT systems engineering, automation engineering, or a related technical role.
• Proven track record delivering multi-system automation projects with measurable impact.
• Automation-first mindset with scalable solutions.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort ramping into unfamiliar systems and processes; strong learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Automate new hire laptop provisioning workflows to reduce manual toil.
• Automate SaaS license lifecycle management and renewal alerts; drive cost savings.
• Automate CMDB/inventory reconciliation and data quality improvements.
• Automate hardware recovery and offboarding processes to improve custody and reduce loss.
• Extend automation to IT support, events, and incident response as the foundation matures.
