Job summary

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey in Newark is seeking a Lead IT Auditor to supervise and execute IT audit work programs. The role requires planning and conducting audits of complex IT processes and systems within set time frames, with a hybrid schedule commuting to the Newark, NJ office twice weekly.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, have 4+ years of IT audit experience, and preferably a CISA certification.

• 4+ years IT Audit experience.
• CISA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops IT audit scope and work programs.
• Oversees work of senior and staff auditors and may execute IT audit testing.
• Documents audit test results in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Identifies and documents control issues and discusses recommendations with management.
• Assist the manager/Director in staff training and external audits.
