Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking an IT Audit Senior Associate to lead and execute technology risk engagements, including ITGCs, SOC 1/2, and SOX 404 work. You will collaborate with clients and engagement teams to assess complex technology environments and communicate findings with clarity.

You will mentor Associates, develop remediation plans, and deliver high‑quality audit documentation while upholding our collaborative culture and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of IT audit or related risk and controls experience.
• Experience evaluating IT General Controls (ITGCs) including access, change management, and operations.
• Familiarity with SOX 404, SOC 1 and SOC 2, and third‑party technology risks.
• Knowledge of AICPA and PCAOB standards and internal audit principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT audit and technology risk engagements, including SOC reports and ITGCs.
• Document testing procedures, evidence, and conclusions with professional standards.
• Coach junior team members and provide timely feedback and mentoring.
• Communicate findings to client stakeholders and engagement leadership.
