Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a tech field
• 3+ years audit experience required
• 5+ years relevant work experience required
• Experience evaluating complex IT environments and controls
• Experience design and operating effectiveness testing of IT controls
• Experience reviewing audit workpapers and providing guidance
• Experience auditing cloud environments preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of network, OS, databases, and enterprise architectures
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Familiarity with NIST/COBIT/ISO frameworks preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• CISA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Executes risk-based technology audits across the organization
• Supervises and coaches junior team members
• Performs audit testing and ensures compliance with standards
• Evaluates technology controls and documentation
• Identifies control deficiencies and cybersecurity risks
• Audits cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) as applicable
• Documents testing and follow-up tasks per audit standards
• Reviews workpapers prepared by others
• Participates in designing audit test steps
• Drafts audit recommendations for Audit Manager review
