Job summary

Kforce Inc. in Juno Beach, FL is seeking a Senior IT Architect to lead architecture, engineering standards, and strategic direction for enterprise Windows Server, virtualization, and hybrid cloud platforms.

You will modernize compute infrastructure, drive an automation-first strategy across VMware, Azure Local, Nutanix AHV, and related technologies, and establish enterprise standards for resilient, secure, scalable workloads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure engineering or equivalent.
• Strong Windows Server expertise and virtualization experience.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and IaC.
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture standards for Windows Server and virtualization platforms.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps for virtualization, Windows infrastructure, and hybrid cloud.
• Lead IaC initiatives and enterprise automation for compute provisioning.
• Architect scalable, highly available compute platforms for mission-critical workloads.
