Job summary

KORE1 is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Applications in Irvine, CA. The role drives the strategy for student-facing and operations apps, including SIS, LMS, and CRM, with a strong AI-enabled delivery focus.

You will lead a hands-on, growth-focused team, partner with CFO and academic leaders, and manage external vendors to accelerate the technology roadmap and scale the enterprise platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in higher education or complex environments with large user bases.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership focused on enterprise applications.
• Hands-on leadership with a track record of delivering IT initiatives.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing technology teams.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale application implementations and integrations.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leveraging AI to transform development, delivery and processes.
• Vendor management experience with SaaS platforms and partnerships.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the enterprise applications roadmap aligned to growth.
• Lead implementation and enhancements of SIS, LMS, and CRM platforms.
• Drive SaaS and custom-built apps to scale with demand.
• Leverage AI to accelerate automation and knowledge base development.
• Establish governance for architecture, integrations and lifecycle mgmt.
• Scale the applications org and develop leadership, staff and PMO alignment.
• Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships.
• Collaborate with executive and academic leaders to translate needs into solutions.
