Qualifications

• Recent IBMi PRMS experience is required.
• Experience with RPG, CL, and RPGLE.
• Manufacturing background including purchasing, shop floor data collection, lean manufacturing and costing, distribution (order to cash) user support and training.
• Familiar with API usage including JSON and Postman; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates small to mid-size systems projects, coordinating with IT staff and business users.
• Gathers and documents business systems requirements, translates user needs into functional design specifications.
• Develops system and user test plans, user documentation, and training materials.
• Manages interaction between Business Community and IT in delivering systems solutions.
• Gains expert knowledge of Klein Tools business applications and maintains contact with Business Community.
• Provides end-user support and ticket management.
• Adapts to changing business priorities and tasks as needed.
• Works effectively in a team environment with clear directions.
