Job summary

Brickstech is seeking a Senior IT Professional / Business Analyst to support a portfolio of enterprise applications across Legal, Finance, CRE, Compliance, Risk, and other corporate functions.

The role combines application support, business analysis, technical consulting, project leadership, and solution delivery, working with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to drive measurable business value and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in IT operations, enterprise application support, business analysis, or related technology roles.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise applications across multiple business units.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and competing priorities.
• Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and business leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and administration for enterprise line-of-business applications.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and user access issues across multiple business units.
• Coordinate with software vendors, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, and external partners to resolve complex production issues.
• Support SaaS, cloud-hosted, on-premises, internally developed, and hybrid application environments.
• Lead application upgrades, migrations, patching initiatives, and enhancement projects.
