Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the enterprise IT Service Desk and Application Service Desk for a prominent federal agency. This on-site role is based in Tysons Corner, VA with occasional visits to Washington, DC, and requires an active DoD SECRET clearance.

You will direct a 40+ person multi-tier team, coordinate across government Tier 3 and vendor partners, drive SLA/KPI performance, and oversee incident management, QA, and knowledge management while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business admin, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in large IT/Service Desk programs.
• Experience leading 50+ personnel in multi-contractor federal environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of accountability for program performance and client partnership.
• Coordinate multi-contractor teams and vendor software/infrastructure partners.
• Direct End-to-End Service Desk operations (IT and Application) for 40+ staff.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, MIM, RCA, and CSI initiatives.
