Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead an enterprise IT Service Desk and Application Service Desk program for a major federal agency. The role requires on-site leadership in Tysons Corner, VA, with responsibilities across multi-vendor teams and government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership in large-scale IT service delivery, experience with Salesforce, and a proven track record of managing large, multi-contractor programs while maintaining strict

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or related discipline.
10+ years of progressive leadership and program management experience.
Experience running large IT and Application Service Desk operations or contact centers.
Active DoD Secret clearance is mandatory.
Proven multi-contractor federal ecosystem experience.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise IT and Application Service Desk programs in a multi-vendor environment.
Ensure SLAs and KPIs (FCR, MTTR, Abandonment, CSAT) are met.
Oversee risk management, incident response, and RCA for major outages.
Coordinate with government and contractor teams on releases and changes.
Manage staffing, coaching, and performance across 50+ personnel.
