Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead an enterprise IT Service Desk and Application Service Desk program for a federal agency. This role requires active DoD SECRET clearance and on-site presence at Tysons Corner, VA, with occasional visits to Washington, DC.

Lead 40+ staff across Tier 1/2, QA, and data analysts, and coordinate with Tier 3 engineers and external vendors. The candidate will drive proactive leadership, risk mitigation, and executive-level communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership and program management experience.
• 50+ personnel managed in a high-volume, multi-tier environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end IT and Application Service Desk operations, including SLA/KPI ownership.
• Lead multi-contractor, multi-stakeholder coordination and risk mitigation.
