Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in federal IT operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the PRIMO operations and maintenance for the Institute of Education Sciences.
• Generate reports and metrics for program management and governance.
• Help desk SLA/ticket-volume reporting and data analytics.
• Manage user access and permissions to PRIMO.
• Ensure data integrity across the system and processes.
• Backup score-collection procedures during panels.
• Provide help desk support and assist with virtual panel operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
