Job summary

Elanco in Clinton, IN is seeking a Senior IT Analyst for Operational Technology and Lab-Applications. You will bridge global IT with on-site OT/ lab systems, owning local application lifecycles, managing vendors, CSV, and release processes to ensure manufacturing and R&D continuity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/Process Automation/Engineering and at least 3 years in IT plus 3 years in OT infrastructure, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Process Automation, OT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years IT and 3 years OT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with CSV and qualification processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Own the local OT/IT application lifecycle, including development, vendor management, CSV, break-fix, release management.
• Lead multiple IT/OT projects with plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide hands-on guidance for IT/OT integration and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT/OT teams across Elanco to share best practices.
