As a Senior IT Analyst for Operational Technology (OT) and Lab-Applications, you will be a critical link between our global IT teams and the hands‑on operational technology that drives our manufacturing and R&D sites. Based at our Clinton, IN facility, you will play a key role in the TechOps IT OTLA (OT and Lab‑Applications) team, ensuring the seamless integration and support of the essential systems that power Elanco’s innovation and production. In this role, you will be responsible for advancing our capabilities at the intersection of Information Technology and Operational Technology.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Process Automation, Operational Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology and 3 years of experience in Operational Technology infrastructure support.
Critical Thinking, Business Acumen, Communication & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, develop innovative solutions, and apply sound judgment while maintaining knowledge of business processes and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
Proven ability to build effective relationships across functions and cultures, communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, facilitate teamwork, and independently prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Location: Clinton, IN Manufacturing Site
Work Model: This is an on‑site position.
Travel: Minimal travel is required, typically 0-10% annually.
Work Environment: This is an 8‑hour day shift, Monday‑Friday role. The position may require occasional exposure to production and R&D areas.
