Elanco is seeking a Senior Engineer, Quality (Tech Lead) to act as the technical authority for Quality platforms. You will partner with Product Management to design and implement complex capabilities advancing Elanco's digital quality vision.

As the Senior Engineer, Quality (Tech Lead), you will serve as the technical authority for Elanco's Quality platforms and play a critical role in enabling and delivering strategic Quality initiatives. Working closely with Product Management, you will lead the design and implementation of complex platform capabilities that advance Elanco's digital quality vision.
Serve as the technical lead for Quality Oversight platforms, partnering with Product Management to collaboratively discover and orchestrate strategic platform enhancements and business initiatives that deliver value and outcomes. Discover and design innovative solutions through rapid prototyping and feedback and demos that reduce fiction and toil for complex QMS and Quality workflows such as Deviation Management, CAPA, Change Control, Quality Events, Controlled Documents, Training, and related Quality processes. Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical leadership and escalation for junior engineers. Own and orchestrate technical validation and release management activities in regulated GxP environments guiding and transforming to CI/CD where possible.
Elanco currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from $130,000 to $150,000 USD depending partly on the successful candidate’s qualifications, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending partly on company and individual performance). Of course, the compensation is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described above.
