Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to lead analyst owned support services within IT Operations. You will define standards, govern ticket quality, and guide major incident response across endpoints and user access.

The role requires mentoring junior analysts, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliant, reliable, and customer-focused support aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT Analyst or related IT operations experience.
• Experience leading complex analyst owned initiatives and incident responses.
• Knowledge of endpoint support, Windows, Microsoft 365, and ITSM practices.

Responsibilities

• Own analyst standards and escalation strategy for endpoint and user support.
• Lead major incident response discussions and post incident improvements.
• Mentor and guide IT Analyst teams and ensure service readiness.
