Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to own analyst standards and escalation for endpoint and user support services. You will guide incident strategies, improve operational maturity, and mentor analysts across IT Operations.

You will participate in on-call duties, manage ticket quality, and collaborate with Security, Asset Management, and Engineering teams to ensure reliable, secure, and customer-focused services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT Analyst/endpoint support or related IT operations experience.
• Experience leading incident response, major incidents, and post-incident actions.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes, ticket governance, and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Own analyst operational standards for incident, request, change, and other workflows.
• Lead escalation for complex endpoint and user-impact issues requiring advanced judgment.
• Define and guide major incident response strategies and post-incident improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to on-call and after-hours activities.
