Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is seeking an Experienced IT Analyst to support enterprise configuration management, ensuring data accuracy across systems and guiding adoption of new features within ServiceNow CMDB. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes and align governance with policy.

This role emphasizes data quality, ITSM integration, and scalable, sustainable configuration management across the System.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
3-5 years of experience in IT configuration management or similar analytics role
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and how configuration management supports them
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, or related modules
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

Support enterprise configuration management initiatives that improve CMDB data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Drive process optimization across ITSM practices to support end-to-end workflows.
Evaluate new ServiceNow platform capabilities and guide adoption, integration, and rollout of new features.
Develop and maintain configuration governance standards, ensuring policy and audit compliance.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and product teams for planning, monitoring, reporting.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve usability.
