• Coaching and reviewing the work of junior professionals.
• Handling complex and challenging problems.

Education:

• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree

Certification/Licensure:

No specific certification or licensure requirements.

Experience:

• Advanced SQL skills (SQL Server Management Studio, 5+ years)
• Requirements gathering and creating technical specifications
• Experience working with large datasets and loading big data into databases
• JIRA experience (2+ years)
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests
• Excellent communication skills
