Job summary

Rothschild Wealth Partners seeks a Senior IT Administrator to lead internal IT across Oak Brook and the Chicago Loop. You will direct daily operations, partner with our MSP, and own AI governance for Claude and related tools while maintaining visibility into usage and security of wealth platforms.

The role administers Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and core wealth apps, manages access, supports acquisitions, and drives improvements with Operations. It is a hands-on, onsite position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT administration with ownership of IT direction, budgets, and roadmap priorities.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) administration skills: users, groups, licensing, conditional access, and permissions.
• Experience administering a secure web gateway or proxy (iboss preferred).
• Experience working with a managed service provider and holding vendors accountable to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Own AI governance and monitoring for Claude and other generative AI tools; ensure compliant usage across the firm.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID: user provisioning, licensing, access reviews, and least-privilege access.
• Lead IT integration for acquired firms: discovery, data migration, device provisioning, and cutover.
• Provide hands-on Tier 1/2 support and manage office IT operations across Oak Brook and Chicago Loop.
• Support Compliance and Operations with vendor due diligence and security questionnaires.
