Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to oversee security for a large software development program. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph and extensive ISSO experience across secure environments.

Responsibilities include enforcing information systems security policies, evaluating security solutions, managing SSPs, and coordinating CM for security software and hardware.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years ISSO experience in secure information system operations across environments.
• Must have at least 5 years using IAVA management tools.
• Must have at least 5 years preparing, maintaining, and managing SSPs and related security documentation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of security tools, hardware/software security implementations, and encryption techniques.
• Experience evaluating security of software systems or architectures for security compliance.
• Experience proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies on large programs.
• Active TS/SCI with a current polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementing and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Assist in evaluating security solutions to meet security requirements for processing multiple information types.
• Assist with Configuration Management for information system security software, hardware, and firmware.
• Analyze threats and develop best practice methodologies for incident detection and remediation.
• Maintain records on workstations, servers, routers, firewalls, and other devices including upgrades.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Certification & Accreditation per policy.
• Provide CM for security-relevant software, hardware, and firmware.
