Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support DoD/IC programs. You will enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures across programs and aid in certification and accreditation efforts.

The role requires deep experience in RMF, SSP development, and DoD IAM levels, with TS/SCI w/ Polygraph as a must. Join a mission-driven team delivering secure solutions across defense contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of total information security experience.
• Minimum 7 years as an ISSO for IC or DoD programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting over 30 SSPs.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAM II or IAT III (e.g., CASP, CISSP, or Associate).
• Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains operational security posture for an information system or program, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Assists with security operations and management of security aspects of the information system.
• Evaluates security solutions to meet security requirements for processing classified information.
• Performs vulnerability and risk assessment analyses to support certification and accreditation.
• Provides configuration management for information system security software, hardware, and firmware.
• Manages changes to system and assesses security impact of those changes.
• Prepares and reviews SSPs, Risk Assessment Reports, Certification & Accreditation packages, and SRTMs.
• Assists with security authorization activities in compliance with RMF and DoD processes.
