Job summary

Zohorecruit in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Senior ISSO for a large software development program. The role includes implementing security policies, risk management, and incident detection across software, IT support, and life cycle activities.

The candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph, 10+ years ISSO experience, IAVA and SSP tooling proficiency, and strong IA documentation skills to support the ISSM and A&A efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years as ISSO in secure environments.
• 5+ years using IAVA management tools.
• 5+ years preparing and maintaining SSPs and security docs.
• Experience with security evaluations of software systems.
• Experience enforcing information systems security policies on large IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for enforcing information systems security policies and standards.
• Evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet requirements for processing information.
• Perform configuration management for security software, hardware, and firmware.
• Develop and maintain System Security Plans and IA documentation.
• Support IAVA management and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Maintain operational security posture for information systems.
