Job summary

Steel Point Solutions is seeking an Information System Security Officer to support senior ISSOs and enforce information security policies across our information systems. The role emphasizes documentation, policy enforcement, and IA posture maintenance.

You will develop and maintain system security plans, manage CM for security software/hardware/firmware, and ensure compliance with DoD requirements while coordinating IT security programs and enterprise changes.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I or higher required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.
• Ten years of ISSO experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

Responsibilities

• Support senior ISSOs for implementing and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methods.
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of security documentation and system security plans.
• Evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements and maintain operational IA posture.
• Provide configuration management for security-relevant software, hardware, and firmware.
• Administer user identification and authentication mechanisms for information systems.
• Plan and coordinate IT security programs and policies across systems and enclaves.
