Zusammenfassung

SOSi is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to lead security for Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, supporting over 5,000 users across the Pacific theater, focusing on RMF lifecycle and real-time C2 security.

The role requires fluency in DoD protocols, the ability to deliver executive-level insights, and hands-on management of RMF, STIGs, eMASS, ACAS, and vulnerability management.

Qualifikationen

• Six years of experience in cybersecurity, IA, RMF, or related activity.
• Deep knowledge of NIST 800-53r5 and RMF.
• Experience with eMASS and security authorizations.
• Strong communication across functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Assist ISSM in organizing an information security program and policies.
• Establish secure systems and networks for classified processing; manage security auditing.
• Develop and supervise guidelines and policies for information systems security.
• Manage eMASS packages containing security authorizations.
• Coordinate inspections, tests, and reviews of information system security.
• Contribute expertise to incident response and asset protection.
• Utilize ACAS for patch and vulnerability management.
• Review STIGs quarterly and ensure CM compliance.
• Engage external stakeholders to coordinate interconnection requests.
• Maintain knowledge of system functions, security policies, and monitoring.
• Maintain the information security continuous monitoring plan.
