Job summary

General Dynamics - IT (GDIT) seeks a seasoned cybersecurity professional to join the US BICES-X program supporting DoD information sharing. You will be part of a globally distributed team delivering a secure enterprise network to mission partners and combatant commands.

Responsibilities include IA/Cybersecurity activities, RMF assessment, vulnerability management with STIGs/SCAP/ACAS, and coordination with USAF/AFRL. You will mentor junior staff and uphold accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IA
• Top Secret/SCI clearance
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of DoD RMF, NIST 800-53, FIPS 199/200

Responsibilities

• Performs Cybersecurity activities for a large Program; coordinates with government staff, USAF and other agencies to implement policy, standards, and procedures.
• Conducts network and system audits for vulnerabilities using STIGs, DISA SCAP, ACAS and related tools.
• Maintains RMF accreditation status and system documentation for DoD classified networks.
• Provides guidance on vulnerability countermeasures and remediation of non-compliant controls.
