Job summary

Amentum is seeking an ISSO 2 to support an information assurance program, ensuring policies, standards, and methodologies are followed. The role involves configuring security controls, performing risk assessments, and supporting RMF-based authorization, with a TS/SCI Poly requirement.

Minimum of ten years as an ISSO on similarly scoped programs, and DoD 8570 IAM Level I+ certification; Bachelor’s degree required. US citizenship and security clearance are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline is required.
• Ten years’ ISSO experience on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I+ certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Support information assurance program by proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing security policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review SSPs, risk assessments, and CA/C&A packages; maintain SRTMs.
• Evaluate security solutions to meet requirements for processing classified information.
• Perform vulnerability/risk assessments to support certification and accreditation.
• Manage changes to systems and assess security impact; provide CM for security software, hardware, and firmware.
