Job summary

BTS Software Solutions is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II with an active TS/SCI w/ POLY to join our Laurel, MD team. The role focuses on sustaining the program's information assurance posture and enforcing security policies.

You will support RMF accreditation, prepare documentation, and coordinate security measures across the system lifecycle. A seasoned ISSO with DoD IAM Level I+ is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Ten years of ISSO experience on large programs.
• DoD RMF and A&A familiarity required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I or higher compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Support information assurance programs for programs, systems, or enclaves.
• Propose, coordinate, implement, and enforce information systems security policies and standards.
• Maintain operational security posture and ensure adherence to security procedures.
• Assist with day-to-day security operations and management of security aspects of the information system.
• Evaluate security solutions to meet processing of classified information.
• Prepare SSPs, Risk Assessments, C&A packages, and SRTMs.
• Support RMF security authorization activities.
