Job summary

gTANGIBLE Corporation in Dayton, OH seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) II to maintain the security posture of information systems in support of DoD SAP, SCI, and related programs.

The role requires RMF expertise, coordination with the ISSM/ISO, and preparation of authorization documentation. Strong collaboration with DoD customers and compliance with 8570.01-M is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with related experience; alternative 6–9 years without a degree.
• RMF package development experience or body of evidence.
• Prior roles such as System Administrator, Network Administrator, or ISSO.
• Must meet DoD 8570.01-M IA Technician II/Manager II within 6 months of hire.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• SAP experience required.
• Prior active duty in the U.S. Air Force a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update security authorization packages and RMF artifacts.
• Collaborate with ISSM/ISO to maintain secure operation of information systems.
• Coordinate changes to hardware/software with ISSM and AO/DAO; monitor security controls.
• Manage day-to-day security operations for collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.
• Prepare reports on security safeguards and vulnerabilities; ensure documentation is current.
