Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Lead Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for the Governance & Compliance Team to establish and maintain the security posture of classified information systems. You will report to the Information System Security Manager and serve as the primary cybersecurity liaison with program managers, auditors and management teams.

You will drive development and validation of RMF artifacts, coordinate readiness activities, and ensure security controls are fully implemented

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I certification or higher.
• Experience mapping policy to NIST 800-53 controls across families.
• Experience with eMASS.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, virtualization, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RMF activities and self-inspections.
• Maintain continuous monitoring and compliance dashboards.
• Develop and update SSP, POA&M, SCTM and security policies.
• Oversee configuration management and access controls.
• Manage interconnection security agreements and security training.
• Develop contingency and media protection plans and document lessons learned.
